Be Transparent
Often times, many people try to hide who they really
are in hopes of society accepting them as a person. Here is a shocking reality.
If the world was to accept the person you put out in front of everyone, then it
is still not accepting of the ‘true’ you.
We must remember that it is important to effectively
communicate, dress appropriately, and respect each other opinions. However, all
these things do not mean that we totally lose ourselves in the irrelevant
matters of life. One way to determine the irrelevant parts of life is to see if
the action and/or behavior are conducive to the progression of anyone in
society. If the answer to that question is no, then there is no need to worry
about it.
Transparency is important to have a successful
relationship with anyone, prosperous career, and less stressful life. Once you
let people know who you really are and your motives, you find that they will
either love you or dissociate themselves away from you. Either response is
great. Those who stick with you will help you build your dreams. And those who
do not were not going to do you good anyway.
Now, transparency is more than just putting your
business on the streets. It is about trusting those who love you and allowing
them to see who you really are. Those individuals, if they are true family and
friends (Tony Robbins may say peers), they will help you deal with any issues
and give you a helping hand to pull you up to the next level.
All in all, remember to be transparent, honest, and straightforward
(politely). This may be the determining factor in you moving to the next level
in life. Be careful to expose your true feelings and thoughts to anyone. Choose
the person carefully and see their reaction. Now, hold on to your seat because
you are moving to the next fantastic level in your life.
